Rick Graham has rendered the human body for many years and through several careers. He began his artistic career working for an animation studio in Salt Lake City doing layouts and storyboards for animation. In addition, Rick worked as a courtroom sketch artist for local television stations, as well as magazine illustration.  After eight years in the teaching position at Salt Lake Community College as a drawing and painting instructor, he is now a professor specializing in the instruction of life drawing.



Rick was born in Provo, Utah.  He showed an early interest in drawing and went on to attend Salt Lake Community College, Utah State University and the University of Utah, where he received both his Bachelor’s and Masters of Fine Art degree. His work is included in the prestigious permanent collection of the Springville Art Museum.
